Return and Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to feel confident when shopping with RecoveryHub. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us to request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to request a return

To start a return request, contact us at support@recoveryhb.com with your order number, the product name, and the reason for your return request.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by an error on our side, a defective product, or a damaged item received upon delivery.

Original shipping costs may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the issue was caused by our error.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@recoveryhb.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and help with the next steps.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that show signs of use, wear, damage, missing parts, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.

Gift cards, digital products, and final sale items are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase or before it has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In that case, you may request a return after delivery according to this policy.
